Middlemount South purchased Anglo American’s 70% interest in the Foxleigh Joint Venture along with some 100% owned exploration tenements, in August 2016.

The Foxleigh Joint Venture consists of:

• Foxleigh Coal (70%)
• Posco Australia Pty Ltd (20%)
• Nippon Steel Australia Pty. (10%)
